Change can be an uphill battle, but it doesn’t have to be a battle you fight alone. I offer a warm and supportive environment in which we will understand your emotional world and energize your inner voice. This includes becoming aware of your competing needs and fears and working through the internal roadblocks that have stood in the way of change.

I am a psychologist and relational psychoanalyst with over thirty years of clinical experience. I am also a published author, podcast host, public speaker, parenting consultant, and a psychotherapy supervisor. Through all of these roles, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and develop your capacity for life-enhancing change - all in the service of a stronger, happier you. I look forward to taking this journey with you.

The Podcast

Being A Parent is Hard! As clinical psychologists working with children, teens, and parents, we are here to make a difficult job just a little easier. Come behind the closed door of the psychotherapy office, as we offer insight, hands-on tools and unique strategies to help you better understand and help your children. Focusing on the challenges of normal development and the more serious concerns that parents bring to us everyday, we will be talking about issues such as emotional communication, discipline, limit setting, ADHD, social media, academic pressure, anxiety, bullying, parental disagreements, substance abuse and more. We will touch on it all. Please join us!

I view psychotherapy as a journey that my patients and I take together.
